Job Overview
We are seeking driven and self‑motivated individuals to join our team as Commission‑Based Sales Appointment Setters. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, then scheduling high‑quality appointments for our sales team. This position is ideal for individuals who are confident in outreach, thrive in performance‑based environments, and want uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, SMS, email, and social media.
Engage prospects and generate interest in solar energy solutions for residential properties.
Educate prospects on key solar benefits such as lower electricity bills, protection against rising utility rates, and available incentives (e.g., tax credits).
Qualify leads based on key criteria (homeownership, suitability for solar, interest level, timeline, decision‑maker).
Schedule appointments directly into the sales team’s calendar for solar consultations.
Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize booking rates.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets.
Compensation Structure
100% commission‑based pay.
Earnings per qualified appointment set and/or per closed deal.
Bonus incentives for hitting performance milestones.
Uncapped earning potential based on performance.
Qualifications
Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales preferred.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable handling objections and rejection.
Self‑disciplined and results‑oriented.
Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
Access to reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel).
Familiarity with sales scripts and objection handling techniques.
MUST SPEAK SPANISH.
Basic understanding of solar financing options (cash, loan, or lease).
