A highly reputable and fast-growing real estate investment firm is seeking a motivated and driven Manager / Senior Manager, FP&A to join its collaborative, dynamic finance team. This role will play a critical part in shaping financial strategy, driving performance insights, and supporting executive decision-making across a large real estate portfolio. Compensation: $200,000-$250,000 Total Compensation Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across multiple business units Develop and maintain multi-year financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for senior leadership and investors Perform detailed variance analysis and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) Conduct deep-dive financial reviews for underperforming assets and recommend corrective actions Partner cross-functionally with asset management, operations, and leadership teams Own preparation of quarterly board materials and executive presentations Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve financial processes through data and technology Qualifications
6–8+ years of experience in FP&A within commercial real estate Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Experience working with large datasets and translating analysis into clear insights Ability to communicate financial information effectively to leadership and stakeholders Leadership experience managing and mentoring Analysts/Associates Experience with real estate software and/or data analytics tools is a plus
