Remote ERP Training Consultant needs 5-10 years of experience in training development and delivery. Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design or related field. Global responsibilities and willingness to travel as needed. Bilingual is a plus. Milwaukee, WI, with remote options (EST or CST required). 5-10 years of experience in training development and delivery. Experience with Oracle Fusion CPQ and training lifecycle. Strong communication and project management skills. Familiarity with SCORM eLearning standards and training development software such as Articulate Storyline, Rise and Captivate. Knowledge of Oracle CPQ, Fusion, and CRM tools. Proficiency in instructional design principles and methodologies. Strong visual and textual storyboarding skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams (SMES, IT, L&D, OCM) to design training solutions. Apply Oracle CPQ and Fusion knowledge to business processes. Create training materials using Adult Learning Theory. Collaborate with global teams to develop instructional solutions. Design creative learning tools for ERP platform use. Manage project timelines and deliver impactful outcomes
