About the role

Location: New York City Metro Area

Reporting to the Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, Prospect, Prospect:

Relentlessly work on finding new clients through outbound prospecting and attending regional networking events and industry conferences.

Manage and Close Deals:

Work with the Head of Sales to learn the industry and the sales motion. Once ramped up you will be responsible for managing the sales cycle from end to end, including discovery, demos, proposals, trials, and closing.

Pipeline Management:

Maintain an organized and accurate pipeline, forecast deals reliably, and update HubSpot with clear next steps and multithreaded contact data.

Voice of the Market:

Actively collect and share insights on customer needs, product feedback, and competitive signals with internal teams to improve GTM and product strategy.

Requirements

Hunter mindset - you love opening up new lines of business and have a repeatable process for sourcing new opportunities

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or professional services sales

Experience with legal tech or the legal industry

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Comfortable working independently, once ramped up.

Experience using HubSpot and Apollo

Bonus Points

Experience selling to GCs, Heads of Legal Ops, or legal decision-makers at Mid-Market/Enterprise companies.

Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar qualification methodologies.

Experience using or selling tools that apply generative AI in complex workflows.

Base Salary: $80K–$120K (dependent on experience)
