
Sales Development Rep (SDR)

Hourly Rate: $20.00Maximum Initial Hours: 40 per week
Bonus: $25 per qualified appointment + $100 per new client signed from lead
Basic Functions Position requires calling prospective business leads in an effort to set appointments for Senior Sales Executives to promote staffing and recruiting services with minimum 1 year industry experience. Position entails telemarketing in a business-to-business environment. Preferably located in Eastern time zone and living near a large metro area.

Job Requirements
Must be computer literate, and have at least a basic proficiency with data entry
Must have excellent communication skills and proper phone etiquette
Must be able to reach daily cold call quota requirements of at least 100-120 calls per day
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to network and communicate professionally with Executive Management
Skills
Prior sales and/or telemarketing experience is preferred
Must be self-motivated, and be able to work independently
Must be able to show an articulate and professional phone presence
Must be proficient English speaker, including fluency in business terminology
