Position: Senior National Account Manager- Amazon & Marketplace
Location: Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday in office) or Remote (with travel)
Reports to: Head of eCommerce Sales
Position Summary

Key Responsibilities Channel & Commercial Leadership
Own the end‑to‑end Amazon and marketplace business, including annual operating plans, forecasting, promotions, and performance management.
Lead joint business planning, key negotiations, and executive‑level business reviews with Amazon and marketplace partners.
Deliver revenue, share, and profitability targets through disciplined P&L management and trade investment optimization.
Performance & Analytics
Own weekly and monthly business reviews; track and act on core KPIs including revenue, share, conversion, glance views, availability, and profitability.
Leverage Amazon tools and third‑party platforms to identify insights, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Lead competitive analysis, market share tracking, and post‑event performance evaluations.
Retail Fundamentals & Growth Execution
Partner with Brand, Content, and Creative teams to deliver best‑in‑class PDP execution, including SEO/GEO, A+ content, imagery, video, and Brand Stores.
Drive conversion and discoverability through improved merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Lead launch readiness and execution for new products and key seasonal moments.
Operational Excellence & Collaboration
Partner closely with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure forecast accuracy, inventory health, and operational readiness.
Proactively manage risks related to in‑stock, supply flow, and operational metrics.
Act as a cross‑functional leader to align priorities and accelerate execution.
Required Qualifications
6–10+ years of eCommerce experience , with deep expertise managing Amazon or marketplace businesses.
Proven ownership of Amazon commercial planning, forecasting, and P&L management (1P and/or 3P).
Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including ROI and scenario modeling.
Experience leading complex initiatives in a matrixed, cross‑functional environment.
Clear, confident communicator with experience engaging external partners and senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
consumer durables, home, or kitchen appliances .
Advanced proficiency with Amazon Brand Analytics and third‑party tools (e.g., Stackline, Pacvue, Skai, Profitero, CommerceIQ, Helium 10).
Experience partnering on retail media strategy and performance optimization.
