This is a permanent position with both full-time and part-time options available. The role involves setting and confirming appointment times with customers for Home Improvement projects such as Roofing, Impact Windows, and Solar Energy.
Responsibilities include: Speaking with homeowners outdoors daily to promote products and services on an outside canvassing basis Delivering simple information talks about our services to customers Setting and confirming appointment times via calls or texts to our corporate office Generating sales leads Maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance when representing the company Position Benefits: Flexible hours, full-time or part-time (minimum 25 hours/week), working across Florida (east and west coasts) Work close to home Uncapped earning potential with bi-weekly hourly pay plus commission, ranging from $30 to $75 per hour, with top earners making around $80/hour on average Opportunities for growth into team leader, trainer, or management roles with overrides Company culture emphasizing work/life balance with flexible daytime schedules (4-6 days) Option to work individually or with a team/partner ***Insured vehicle and valid driver’s license required*** We are in season now.
