Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong background in sales. The primary responsibility is to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Identify customer needs, provide product recommendations, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner.
Work closely with other sales team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
2 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
Fluent U.S. accent.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Workspace.
Additional Information
Job Type: Full Time
Shift Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM US Eastern Time with 1 hour break.
Location: Remote
Salary Package: $3,000 - $3,500 Base Salary + Commissions
