BVNK is seeking an experienced, motivated, and proactive candidate to join our Commercial team as the Sales Director - Fintech & PSP in the United States. This role reports to the SVP, Fintech & PSP and collaborates with other functions. The role encompasses the full sales process: lead generation, relationship building, onboarding, and ongoing account management and client service. You will work with the Commercial team to acquire and develop new relationships, leveraging your extensive network and industry knowledge to identify and pursue opportunities, generate leads, and close deals. Responsibilities

Increase revenue for BVNK across all product lines Acquire and maintain relationships with clients in financial verticals Understand client needs at every development stage and identify how BVNK can add value while evaluating competitor activity Collaborate with the commercial lead to build and manage the pipeline and develop the commercial strategy for targeted verticals Utilize your network to identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses Serve as the commercial point of contact for product managers to convey customer pain points, requests, and feedback Engage with industry news, conferences, and events to be a credible ambassador for the business in client dealings What we need from you

Experience — 5+ years end-to-end sales and business development Experience developing business within the fintech / digital asset industry Proven track record of managing relationships and closing business Experience multi-tasking and managing multiple projects Experience with MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies What you can expect from us
