Job Summary Security 101, a provider of integrated electronic security solutions is recruiting for a Regional Sales Director responsible for all sales strategy deployment, performance management rigor, forecasting accuracy, productivity improvement, and new initiative adoption within the region. This is a true sales leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for sales results, standardization, and execution discipline.

Salary and Benefits Annual Salary range is $160K to $190K, exempt, commensurate with proven leadership, management, and financial analysis skills. The Right Candidate

7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.

Regional or multi-branch sales preferred.

Proven track record driving new business growth and margin expansion.

Experience implementing sales infrastructure, forecasting rigor, and productivity programs.

Responsibilities

Ownregional sales performance, including revenue growth, quota attainment, productivity, and margin integrity across all branches.

Leadand coach Sales Managers and Sellers, driving consistent execution of sales processes, pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and new business development.

Deployand operationalize corporate sales strategies, tools, and initiatives, ensuring strong adoption of RMR growth programs and recurring services expansion.

Partnerclosely with Field VP, General Managers, and corporate leadership to maintain alignment, support local P&L ownership, and ensure healthy funnel management and KPI performance.

Overseeregional sales infrastructure, including CRM utilization, performance dashboards, capacity planning, competitive analysis, and quota calibration.

Providedirect sales leadership in districts without Sales Managers, acting as the day‑to‑day sales manager when needed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
