Siemens NX / Teamcenter Trainer

Join the T‑Systems team and help develop the skills of more than 1,000 engineers at a major truck manufacturer. In this role, you will deliver high‑quality virtual training on Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and related PLM workflows—empowering engineering teams to design, collaborate, and innovate more effectively.
What You’ll Do
Deliver virtual instructor‑led training on Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and PLM processes
Work with a global team to develop, update, and maintain training materials, guides, and course content
Plan and manage the annual training schedule using a learning management system
Teach NX best practices for modeling, assemblies, drafting, and manufacturing workflows
Teach the following NX courses:
Teamcenter & NX
Assembly, Basics, Drafting, Sheet Metal
Commit to learning and teaching additional courses within 12 months, including
NX
Electrical Cable Routing, FEA, Kinematics, and Mechanical Routing
Help engineers understand how to use Teamcenter to manage CAD data, revisions, and workflows
Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives across engineering teams
What You Bring
5+ years of hands‑on experience with Siemens NX
Experience with Teamcenter
Prior training, teaching, or mentoring experience (preferred)
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others learn
Ability to work independently and quickly learn new tools and processes
Associate degree in CAD or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
