Account Supervisor Overview As our Account Supervisor, you will drive success for assigned accounts by managing brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and client relationships. You will partner with internal teams to plan, execute, manage, and analyze detailed campaign and project plans, ensuring all work is delivered on time, on budget, and to agency and client standards.
Accountable and Responsible
Gain deep understanding of the client’s business, life‑science category, and internal agency context.
Engage clients in forward‑looking program planning and partner with Digital, Development, Creative, and other teams to develop actionable solutions aligned with business goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with proactive thinking and flawless execution.
Monitor industry trends, technology, and new approaches to advance client service offerings.
Develop creative briefs and action forms as required.
Interpret changes from partner agencies and clients, triaging appropriately.
Negotiate scopes and drive in‑line/organic growth; oversee burn reports and change‑of‑scope discussions.
Qualifications
5‑6 years of experience in client management at an advertising agency.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent work experience.
Track record of client success, stakeholder management, and ability to drive incremental revenue.
Experience working with cross‑functional teams and building strong internal‑external relationships.
Strong attention to detail, excellent follow‑up, and ability to generate strategic creative solutions.
Ability to multi‑task across multiple projects, accounts, and stakeholders.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits Salary range:
[$76,000 – $91,250]
(subject to change).
