Building Enclosure Business Unit Director Work Schedule:
Hybrid This leadership role is responsible for directing operations to achieve business unit and program goals, managing financial and marketing resources, and overseeing a team of technical professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a strong pipeline of large-scale projects while playing a key role in strategic growth. Develop and execute business plans aligned with company goals. Manage financial performance, staffing, and business development. Build and maintain client relationships, identifying growth opportunities. Mentor and develop technical staff. Required Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in building enclosure consulting or a related field. 10+ years managing projects, teams, and resources. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA). Proven leadership and business development experience.
