Position Overview The Director, Strategic Channel Partnerships is a commercial leader who owns and drives revenue growth through CureMetrix’s full ecosystem of strategic partners—including AI vendors, platform providers, distributors, and OEM relationships.
This role is responsible for both:
Maximizing revenue from existing partners
Identifying, recruiting, and activating new high-impact channel relationships
The ideal candidate is a commercially driven operator who can engage partners at an executive level, create and advance pipeline, and translate relationships into measurable revenue. They bring deep experience in medical imaging and healthcare, have a strong existing partner network, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through innovation.
This role carries direct revenue responsibility and operates in close coordination with the National Sales Director to ensure alignment across direct and partner-driven sales efforts. Both roles report directly to the President.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and deliver a defined channel revenue quota, including partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
Drive pipeline creation and deal progression through strategic partners
Actively identify, advance, and help close partner-driven opportunities
Hold partners accountable to joint revenue targets and pipeline development
Identify and unlock stalled opportunities and accelerate deal cycles
Strategic Partner Management
Serve as the primary commercial owner and point of contact for a portfolio of named strategic partners
Build and maintain executive-level relationships across the partner portfolio
Develop and execute joint business plans with clear revenue targets
Motivate and course-correct underperforming partners
Manage partner contracts, timelines, and invoicing
Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-value channel partners including distributors, VARs, and OEM partners
Evaluate prospective partners based on revenue potential, market reach, and strategic fit
Launch partnerships with a relentless focus on rapid, measurable revenue generation
Maintain an active pipeline of prospective channel partners
Work closely with the National Sales Director and direct sales team to ensure alignment
Ensure clear ownership and hand-off processes for partner vs. direct opportunities
Support deal strategy, pricing, and contract execution on partner-influenced deals
Manage deal registration processes and partner-sourced pipeline integrity
Develop and deliver partner training programs covering product knowledge, clinical value, competitive positioning, and sales tactics
Equip partners with marketing collateral, demo tools, and technical resources to effectively position CureMetrix solutions
Coordinate with the Marketing team to deliver co-marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives
Support CureMetrix and its partners at conferences and trade shows
Performance Management & Reporting
Track pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue performance across all channel partners
Analyze partner effectiveness and implement data-driven improvement plans
Report on channel performance to the President on a regular cadence
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Clinical, and Regulatory teams to keep partners informed of product updates and pipeline
Gather and relay partner and market feedback to internal stakeholders to inform product strategy
Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with partner agreements
Champion partner clients’ success including pre-sale, Go-Live, training, and ongoing support
QUALIFICATIONS Required
7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development in medical devices, medical imaging, health IT, or a related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through indirect sales channels
Experience co-selling and closing complex deals through strategic partners
Established network of contacts within radiology or medical imaging ecosystems
Strong understanding of the healthcare sales cycle, including clinical, technical, and administrative stakeholders
Ability to drive accountability and commercial outcomes within partner organizations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
Ability to travel to industry conferences, events, and partner meetings (travel not expected to exceed 25%)
Preferred
Experience managing channel partners in AI, SaaS, or software solutions in a clinical or radiology environment
Familiarity with FDA-cleared medical AI products and the regulatory landscape
Experience with PACS/RIS vendors, mammography OEMs (e.g., Hologic, GE, Siemens), or hospital GPOs
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
