Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Territory Sales Manager, based in Kansas City, KS. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth within the designated territory. This includes providing exceptional customer service, conducting client training, managing sales processes, and supporting business development initiatives. The role requires regular travel within the territory, as well as some opportunity to work from home.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
Exceptional Customer Service and relationship‑building skills
Proficiency in providing Training and coaching to clients or team members
Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop strategies to drive growth
Familiarity with the power transmission, motion control, or material handling industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
