About the Company Sope Creek Capital is a family office based in Atlanta, GA, founded in 2018 by Kevin Nolan, a serial entrepreneur who has built multiple $1B+ supply chain service companies. Currently, we are scaling Road Warrior Companies, a buy-and-build portfolio company in the heavy-duty truck and trailer parts distribution and repair space. Road Warrior Companies includes CTTP (cttpinc.com) and Fleet Services Inc. (fleetservicesinc.com). The NetSuite Implementation Specialist will be fully focused on the Road Warrior portfolio company.
Position Description This role is pivotal in driving key strategic initiatives across all functional areas of Road Warrior. You will sit at the intersection of business operations and technology, serving as the engine behind implementing solutions that address our most critical operational challenges and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
What You'll Do
Develop expertise in Company’s NetSuite implementation and assist in administration of platform including diagnosing issues, implementing new functionality, and setting up custom forms, fields, and workflows
Support ERP implementations as the company grows through acquisition including system configuration, data cleaning and migration, process testing, user training, post go-live support
Develop saved searches, dashboards, and custom reporting solutions to assist stakeholder decision-making
Translate business needs into clear requirements and partner with developers to design, test, iterate, and deploy custom applications and integrations
Develop documentation, training, and repeatable playbooks to support user adoption and formalize best practices
While the platform focus is on NetSuite, you will also support implementation/administration of other business systems (e.g. CRM, e-commerce)
Skills & Characteristics
Minimum 3+ years of direct NetSuite experience as a NetSuite implementation consultant or NetSuite Administrator. Experience with wholesale & distribution a plus.
Not just a solution architect, but someone who is hands‑on in diagnosing issues, data cleaning and reconciliation, configuration, and testing
Strong analytical skills including complex data manipulation and Excel analysis. Experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) preferred but not required.
Empathetic problem solver: able to put themselves in the shoes of different stakeholders when designing, building, and rolling out solutions ensuring the end user gets the value intended
Thorough and creative thinker: when validating solutions, you naturally think through edge cases, different user scenarios, and ways things could break
Clear and effective communicator. Able to simplify complex topics in a concise manner.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
$80,000 to $100,000 annually
