About the Team We are looking for a Sr. Partner Manager (TPA) to join our Monetization Product Partnerships team. The team’s culture mirrors that of a small start‑up; a team of entrepreneurs and leaders with an eye for what’s next. In this role, you will work directly with partners in the data, measurement, media buying, and analytics ecosystems globally. Partner Managers will work closely with various internal stakeholders including product, BD, legal, marketing science, partner enablement, and marketing to develop new ways for consumers to interact with products, services and experiences they love.

The Channel Sales Partnerships team is dedicated to unlocking unprecedented growth of SMB advertisers via technology partnerships. We build the frameworks, incentive structures, and strategic programs that empower partners to meet the demand from SMBs and onboard them at scale. In the Automotive vertical, this means creating scalable solutions that address the unique complexities of OEM‑to‑Dealer relationships. We are looking for a Partner Manager to design and execute the “playbook” for automotive success.

Responsibilities

Program Development: Design and manage scalable programs tailored to the automotive ecosystem (e.g., “Preferred Partner” programs for auto partners or OEM‑certified service provider tracks).

Sales Enablement: Act as a strategic consultant to our Channel Partner sales teams, equipping them with the specific programs, co‑op marketing playbooks, and pitch materials needed to penetrate the automotive market.

Ecosystem Alignment: Ensure all channel programs account for the nuances of the automotive digital marketing funnel, from national brand awareness (Tier 1) to regional associations (Tier 2) and local dealer conversions (Tier 3).

Strategic Coordination: Work closely with product leadership to identify gaps in our current offering and build programmatic solutions (e.g., automated lead‑gen reporting or centralized billing frameworks) to solve them.

Partner Performance: Track the health and adoption of channel programs across the automotive portfolio, using data to iterate on program design and maximize ROI for both the company and the partner.

Cross‑Functional Bridge: Collaborate with Product and Marketing Science to ensure our automotive ad tech is “program‑ready” and can be deployed at scale across hundreds of dealership locations.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Experience: 4+ years in Program Management, Channel Sales, or Partner Success, with a clear focus on the Automotive industry.

Collaborative Track Record: Proven ability to support and enable Sales teams, acting as a “force multiplier” through the creation of shared resources and programs.

Ecosystem Mastery: Deep understanding of the automotive digital marketing ecosystem, particularly the relationship between OEMs and their third‑party digital providers/agencies.

Strategic Implementation: Experience building or managing “Tiered” partner programs or certified provider networks within the automotive space.

Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex industry requirements into simple, executable programs for internal sales teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Automotive Co‑op fund management and the technical requirements for program compliance.

Background in Automotive Ad Tech (e.g., inventory feed management, API‑driven lead generation).

Experience using data visualization tools to report on program‑wide health and partner adoption.

Placement and Compensation As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $75 - $120. Placement in the range depends on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and location. Your benefits, if any, will be provided by your contracting vendor/agency.
