The Opportunity The Regional Sales Manager is a strategic leader charged with exceeding and growing our multi‑brand portfolio across both Wholesale and Owned Retail channels. This individual serves as the principal representative for the region, bridging the gap between Global/Corporate strategy and execution at the store level. You will manage a distributed team across multiple locations, driving top‑line sales, managing P&L efficiency, and ensuring a seamless, luxury consumer experience whether the client shops in a department store or our standalone boutiques.
What you'll get to do Commercial & Business Performance:
Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet or exceed financial targets across wholesale accounts and owned retail doors
Analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and call cycle productivity
Track sell-out performance against objectives to proactively mitigate market share risk
Review retail forecasts by door and communicate progress to Sales and Training teams, driving action plans to address gaps
Manage freelance and T&E budgets with accurate monthly expense review
Plan, execute, and recap high‑impact events in line with marketing guidelines, including pre‑event timelines and post‑event debriefs
Submit monthly recaps with competitive insights, event imagery, and emerging market trends to inform future strategy
Retail Partnerships & Field Execution:
Build and strengthen relationships with Department Managers, Beauty Specialists, and Visual Managers to secure optimal brand placement and support
Lead quarterly retailer meetings to align event calendars and promotional strategies
Drive targeted growth through active field selling, side‑by‑side coaching, and retailer engagement
Ensure consistent execution across counters, towers, and displays; partner with field teams to maintain brand standards and elevate gaps as needed
Deliver short, impactful weekly training sessions during store visits focused on selling skills, product knowledge, and brand advocacy
Act as a brand ambassador, motivating teams with high energy and passion to inspire both selling and buying
Oversee daily operations of standalone boutiques in partnership with Retail Operations, Demand Planning/Supply Chain, and Visual Merchandising
Conduct daily and weekly inventory checks, resolving stock issues promptly with cross‑functional teams
Drive a customer‑centric omnichannel experience, ensuring in‑store execution reflects the brand’s digital promise
Partner with store teams to build and retain active client bases through consistent outreach and follow‑up
Recruit, lead, and develop a geographically dispersed team of People Leaders, Store Managers, Account Executives, and Freelancers
Establish clear communication loops to keep remote teams connected, motivated, and aligned with corporate priorities
Monitor freelance productivity, manage bookings, and ensure payroll deadlines are met
We’d love to meet you if you have
8+ years of leading sales teams in the beauty/fragrance industry, ideally with exposure to both wholesale and retail environments or in a similar environment
Demonstrated success in managing distributed teams, including the ability to motivate and coach staff remotely and during site visits
Strong ability to analyze sales data to drive decision‑making and result‑oriented action plans
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present at the executive level
Ability to meet deliverables within deadlines, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and operate autonomously in a changing environment
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, etc.)
Must reside within close proximity to Miami, Florida
This position requires approximately 50% travel
