Role Overview We're currently expanding our remote team and seeking motivated individuals to join us as Experience-Based Sales Consultant. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to understand their travel goals and help match them with personalized vacation experiences that fit their interests and budgets.
This position blends customer support with consultative sales perfect for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, recommending experiences, and coordinating travel plans in a flexible work-from-home environment. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
Connect with clients to learn about their travel interests, timelines, and budgets
Recommend tailored vacation options including resorts, cruises, tours, and excursions
Research and compare travel packages using approved booking platforms
Coordinate reservations and confirm travel arrangements accurately
Provide helpful insights that guide clients toward confident booking decisions
Communicate clearly through email, phone, and digital messaging tools
Assist with itinerary updates, adjustments, and client service requests
Maintain organized client profiles and booking documentation
Participate in onboarding sessions and continued professional training
