The Role We’re looking for an experienced and passionate live streaming professional who is keen to operate and coordinate teams to deliver technical solutions across live streaming, AV & video solutions for our clients.

Clients

Provide the best-in-class customer service on-site and remotely

Build strong relationships with our clients, and understand their needs and future event schedules, resulting in quality delivery and recurring business

Delivery

Work with the Head of AV, and production team to provide best-in-class live production solutions

Set up, build and deliver vMix projects across live streaming & hybrid AV productions both in person, and virtually

Operate and maintain professional video, lighting and audio equipment

Providing solutions for any complex technical or personnel challenges at events

Work with internal teams of event producers, project managers, designers and video producers, and coordinate freelance production crew, coordinating as needed

Transport and setup of live streaming, video, lighting, and audio equipment as required

Monitor assigned video conferencing calls on the event site of the end user

Ability to spot points of failure and have suitable contingencies in place

Assists staff with pulling, staging and striking audio/visual equipment for events

Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion

Location and on-site management, help manage physical inventory

Assess technical and on-site health and safety risks, be alert for live issues on event days and be primed to react accordingly

Follow-up and feedback on internal processes and workflows

Keep up to date with developments in the industry and share internally.

Push our live production forward to enable London Filmed to stay ahead of the rest of the industry

The Person

2-4+ years’ experience in live streaming, AV, broadcast industry or live event production

Proficient in Live Streaming, vMix, RTMP, SRT, NDI etc.

Video equipment: Roland, Blackmagic Design etc.

Basic networking knowledge

Professional video cameras and film lighting knowledge

Lighting equipment; uplighters, moving head & stationary lights

Active communicator to coordinate others and update all stakeholders; ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

Extremely thorough to make sure no ball is dropped

Builds solid relationships with internal team and clients

Work in high-pressure situations with a cool head

Able to travel to studios, offices (mostly London), or venues for site visits or produce studio days for hybrid/in-person events

Creative and curious to solve challenges and learn about new industry trends

Happy doing work from strategic discussions to hands-on setup as required
