As a Senior Project Technical Designer, you will lead the production of construction documents, guide consultant coordination, and oversee construction administration for a diverse range of commercial interior projects. You will act as a trusted technical advisor—bringing clarity, foresight, and judgment to every phase of a project.
You will mentor junior designers, ensure documentation excellence, and serve as the team’s building code and accessibility expert. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, coordination, technical rigor, and client engagement.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a CIDA- or NCARB-accredited program.
8+ years of relevant experience in architecture or interior design.
Registered Interior Designer or actively pursuing registration (must be registered within one year).
Engagement in professional organizations such as IIDA or AIA.
Expert knowledge of parametric modeling, visualization, and graphic and office software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a professional work ethic.
Comfortable working in a hybrid studio environment—minimum 3 days in office.
A collaborative team player who builds positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
Highly organized, research-driven, and motivated to expand your own technical and industry expertise.
Desire to stay active within the design community and participate in networking events.
