Role Overview
As a licensed professional, you will provide exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls and supporting Fidelity’s clients with a variety of needs, including trade requests, money movements, and online support.
Program Milestones
Licensing Preparation:
Prepare for FINRA registration (SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses) with fully sponsored study time, resources, and coaching.
Skill Development:
Handle more complex calls, engage with your team, and expand your network.
Proficiency and Career Growth:
Gain confidence, explore new career paths through job shadowing, and utilize our career center.
Candidate Qualifications
Dedication to completing FINRA licensing exams through our program.
Enthusiasm for learning, quick application of new concepts, and decision-making skills.
Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers.
Adaptability, personal accountability, and problem-solving skills.
Comfort with technology and navigating multiple systems.
