Are you a driven sales professional with deep roots in commercial HVAC? Do you know your way around a chiller spec sheet as well as you know how to work a room? We might be exactly what you have been looking for.

Our team is expanding and we are on the hunt for a Commercial HVAC Sales Executive to join us in the Kendall area. We are proud of the work we do across South Florida and we are looking for someone who shares that same level of pride and professionalism. This is not a role for someone looking to coast. This is for the person who wakes up thinking about their pipeline.

The Role You will be responsible for growing our commercial HVAC installation business across South Florida. That means getting in front of the right people, building real relationships, and seeing projects through from the first conversation to the final signature. Here's what you can expect from the day‑to‑day:

Identifying and pursuing new commercial HVAC installation opportunities

Building and maintaining relationships with property managers, general contractors, and developers

Selling large-scale systems including rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, and high-tonnage equipment

Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical plans

Putting together proposals and bid packages

Working closely with estimators and project managers

Managing your own sales cycle from prospecting all the way through to close

What We Are Looking For

3+ years in commercial HVAC sales

Solid understanding of commercial mechanical systems including chillers, cooling towers, and large tonnage equipment

Comfortable reading blueprints and construction documents

A track record selling to property managers or general contractors

Strong communicator with real negotiation skills

Bilingual (English & Spanish) skills are welcome but not a dealbreaker

What We Offer A competitive base salary between $70,000 and $90,000, plus a commission structure that rewards you for every deal you close. You will be based out of our office with time for site visits built in around your schedule. Core hours run 8AM to 5PM.
