Role Overview Puffy is a Top 5 Mattress Brand in the USA with over $1 Billion USD in sales—and we're expanding our retail footprint into untapped markets. This role is for experienced sales professionals who already have relationships with mattress retailers and want to monetize them with a premium product line.
You'll prospect, develop, and close retail accounts across your territory, partnering directly with our Retail General Manager to drive regional growth.

What You'll Need:
Proven experience selling to mattress retailers with established relationships across smaller and larger bedding retailers
Strong drive to exceed targets
Demonstrated consultative selling capabilities
Competency in Microsoft Excel
Good-to-Have:
Existing relationships with retailers in the Midwest, Northeast, or Mid-Atlantic regions
Experience representing complementary product lines (accessories, adjustable bases)
Established territory coverage and travel infrastructure
