We’re looking for a motivated, coachable Inside Sales Representative to join our Kennett Square office. Begin by excelling in the Inside Sales Representative role, where you'll qualify motivated sellers and learn our proven acquisition process. As you grow, you'll transition into a full closing position.

Responsibilities
Conduct structured discovery calls
Understand seller motivation, timeline, and property condition
Run our underwriting process
Present offers
Handle objections
Negotiate win/win agreements
Close contracts
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Respond quickly and professionally to inbound seller leads
Qualify sellers based on motivation, timeline, and readiness to make a decision
Conduct structured discovery calls
Analyze debt, pricing expectations, and property condition
Present and negotiate cash offers
Manage pipeline daily inside CRM
Hit daily activity KPIs and monthly revenue targets
Follow our proven acquisition process without deviation
Collaborate with follow-up specialists and leadership
Qualifications
