You'll also
drive strategic initiatives across digital experience, SEO, and performance enablement , partnering closely with IT on integrations and data architecture. From developing best practices and operating procedures to championing the adoption of innovative tools, you'll play a critical role in shaping how the firm connects with its audiences.
The ideal candidate brings
six or more years of experience in Marketing or Business Development Technology (or a related field),
along with prior experience managing direct reports. A strong understanding of digital platforms, workflows, and SEO fundamentals is essential, as is familiarity with taxonomy design, metadata management, and data-driven decision making.
This is a
hybrid
opportunity with
flexibility to be based in Boston, Washington DC, New York, San Francisco, San Diego, or Los Angeles . The
salary range is $140,000-$170,000 , depending on experience and location, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
