Senior Account Manager, Influencer & Events Company Description CCM is an award-winning brand consulting firm specializing in public relations, influencer, and experiential marketing with offices in Beverly Hills and New York City. Our multifaceted expertise is focused on the beauty, lifestyle, and entertainment sectors with clients including Clinique, Prada Beauty, Paul Mitchell, OUAI, Salt & Stone, BYOMA, Half Magic Beauty, Tan-Luxe, Isle of Paradise, FORVR Mood, Gisou, and more.

Location Full-time at our Beverly Hills HQ (Los Angeles) or NYC HQ. Monday–Thursday in office, Friday remote.

Experience Must have 5-7+ years full-time working experience in beauty PR and influencer marketing. Agency experience required. Must have access to reliable transportation and reside in Los Angeles or New York.

Role Description This is a full-time role as a Senior Account Manager, Influencer & Events at Chasen Creative Media. This role will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns and experiential activations, including paid partnerships, product seeding, and VIP events. The Senior Account Manager will manage influencer and client relationships, oversee campaign execution from ideation through reporting, and analyze performance to drive brand awareness and engagement.

This role requires a collaborative, culturally plugged-in professional who thrives at the intersection of influencer marketing, client strategy, and beauty culture.

Qualifications

Proven experience in BEAUTY-specific influencer marketing, partnerships, and PR

Hands-on experience launching and managing 360 influencer and experiential campaigns

Strong execution of influencer partnerships including negotiation, contracts, content briefs, tracking deliverables, and reporting

Established relationships with beauty influencers, talent managers, and agencies

Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube ecosystems, including trends, tools, and analytics

Experience with influencer outreach, organic seeding, and paid partnerships

Strong communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions, presentations, and calls

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment

Experience building campaign pitch decks, recaps, and performance reports

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance and communicate ROI

Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail

Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and ability to generate innovative campaign ideas

Strong pulse on beauty trends, viral moments, and creator culture

Professional, collaborative, and proactive attitude

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Passion for beauty and growth within the PR and influencer marketing industry

General Responsibilities

Work cohesively and supportively alongside internal teams

Build and maintain strong relationships with beauty influencers and industry contacts

Execute influencer outreach across accounts, including organic seeding and paid partnerships

Participate in client communications including meetings, presentations, and calls with professionalism and confidence

Monitor influencer trends, viral campaigns, and emerging talent

Oversee campaign execution across influencer and experiential activations

Track deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure deadlines are met

Support development of pitch decks, campaign concepts, and creative strategies

Analyze and report on campaign performance across platforms

Escalate client needs and expectations when necessary

Team Management

Lead, direct, and oversee the daily activities of junior support staff, proactively addressing concerns, resolving issues in real time, and providing ongoing mentorship and guidance to ensure high performance and professional development.

Help foster a positive, collaborative, and communicative team environment

Maintain organized team workflows, timelines, and action item lists

Delegate tasks and support junior team members as needed

Ensure clear communication of expectations and deliverables

Client Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day account management and client communications

Brainstorm and develop innovative influencer and experiential campaign ideas

Execute strategic influencer campaigns including seeding, partnerships, and events

Drive consistent influencer coverage and measurable results across client accounts

Develop and execute forward-thinking communications strategies

Create comprehensive, visually compelling campaign recaps with clear ROI

Maintain strong influencer, agency, and client relationships

Demonstrate proactivity, resourcefulness, and problem-solving in all client work
