This full-time hybrid role, based in the Greensboro-Winston-Salem-High Point area, offers flexibility for some remote work. As a New Home Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will include guiding potential buyers through the home-buying process, showcasing properties, and providing exceptional service to achieve customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with the sales team to meet sales goals, maintain a strong understanding of NHC’s offerings, and contribute to building lasting customer relationships. Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist clients and build relationships Sales, negotiation, and customer service expertise Ability to explain housing features and processes clearly Knowledge of the real estate market, homebuilding, or an eagerness to learn Proficiency in using CRM tools, scheduling software, and general computer applications Self-motivation, organization, and ability to work independently or in a team Willingness to adapt to a hybrid working model A valid real estate license or the ability to obtain one is preferred
