Job Description The Role: Beyond the Quote
You aren’t just selling policies; you are protecting the dreams of our Houston neighbors. You will:
Consult & Curate: Use a needs-based selling approach to help clients choose the right Property, Casualty, and Life protection.
Drive Growth: Execute a mix of warm-lead follow-ups, local networking, and digital prospecting.
Leverage AI & Tech: Utilize our advanced CRM and Allstate’s 2026 tech suite to automate your follow-ups so you can focus on closing.
Cultivate Loyalty: Build long-term relationships that lead to high retention and a self-sustaining referral base.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs.
Provide expert guidance on Allstate insurance products, including auto, home, and life.
Conduct thorough needs analyses to recommend appropriate coverage.
Process applications, renewals, and policy changes accurately.
Actively seek opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant products.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge.
Requirements
Licensing: An active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required. (Life & Health is a plus).
The Sales Mentality: You don't wait for the phone to ring; you enjoy the thrill of the chase and the satisfaction of the win.
Tech Literacy: Comfortable with modern CRMs, e-signature tools, and conducting virtual consultations.
Communication Skills: You have strong written/verbal communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing the details. Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred given our diverse Houston community.
Experience: You’ve done this before, or you have a background in high-volume retail sales and are ready to apply that grit to insurance.
