We’re seeking a strategic, commercially minded leader to accelerate revenue growth and deepen relationships across the WPP Media client ecosystem. As Global Client Solutions Director, you will lead growth planning and execution for priority clients, connect the right parts of WPP Media and Goat to drive client outcomes, and ensure strong commercial governance and consistency across markets. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional client engagement, scalable growth, and strong commercial performance, anchored from our New York hub and working closely with global teams. What You’ll Do

Client growth planning: Partner with WPP Media client leads to build client‑specific growth plans, targets, and opportunity pipelines; translate insights into scalable net revenue growth for Goat. Priority client management: Identify priority accounts based on growth potential; own account‑level growth strategies, targets, and progress tracking. New business & RFP leadership: Drive global new business support for WPP Media agencies; lead and contribute to RFP processes, applying best practice to improve consistency, margin, and win rates. Commercial strategy & focus: Maintain a clear view of commercial potential and the actions required to unlock it; prioritise time and activity against defined revenue objectives. Team leadership: Lead and develop a team responsible for client relationship growth and delivery oversight; ensure capability in senior stakeholder engagement and negotiation. Continuous development: Build a culture of high performance and continuous improvement through coaching, upskilling, and clear standards. Client relationship management: Act as a connector between WPP Media global teams and Goat local market teams for major clients; provide proactive strategic and commercial guidance. Stakeholder engagement: Build trusted relationships with Global Client Leaders (GCLs), investment teams, and key WPP Media stakeholders to increase adoption of influencer solutions. Upsell & expansion: Identify success stories and expansion opportunities; enable local Goat teams to convert these into incremental revenue. Commercial governance: Maintain a central knowledge base of agreed commercial/operating models; ensure local markets follow agreements and avoid unintended precedents. Reporting: Provide regular updates on client growth initiatives and performance to Goat senior leadership. What we’re looking for

Significant experience in client solutions, commercial leadership, or business development within influencer marketing, social, media, or integrated marketing services. Proven track record of revenue growth with enterprise/global clients and complex stakeholder groups. Strong experience leading RFPs, building commercial models, and aligning multi‑market teams to deliver. Credible communicator with senior stakeholder presence and strong negotiation skills. Experience building, coaching, and leading high‑performing teams in a matrixed/global environment. Perks Of Joining The Herd
