We’re hiring an Influencer Manager to support HYPE10’s growing influencer partnerships program. This person will play a key role in sourcing creators, managing outreach, coordinating campaign logistics, and helping ensure talent deliverables are executed smoothly and on time.
This is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented role ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent coordination, or social media. You’ll work closely with our Creative, Paid Media, and client teams to help bring creator campaigns to life.
What You’ll Do Creator Discovery & Outreach
Identify, source, and evaluate creators across relevant platforms.
Source talent based on brand guidelines, target audience, creative direction, and campaign goals.
Support outreach, communication, and follow‑up with creators to gauge fit, interest, and availability.
Help gather rates, negotiate basic deal terms, and maintain organized creator shortlists and outreach trackers.
Keep creator pipelines organized across multiple clients and activations.
Campaign Coordination & Activation
Help manage creators through the activation process, from outreach through content delivery.
Share briefs, talking points, product information, timelines, and posting requirements with creators.
Track deliverables, deadlines, usage rights, and approvals to ensure campaigns stay on schedule.
Coordinate campaign logistics including shipping, product seeding, whitelisting/ad permissions, and asset collection.
Review creator content for completeness and alignment before routing internally or to clients.
Client & Internal Communication
Support the preparation of creator shortlists, rate summaries, and campaign recommendations.
Help keep campaign documents, trackers, and asset folders organized and up to date.
Communicate clearly and proactively with clients on creator status, content timelines, and campaign progress.
Support performance recaps and campaign wrap‑ups by helping gather results, learnings, and final deliverables.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Creative Strategists to ensure creator content aligns with messaging and creative goals.
Partner with Paid Media to support paid usage needs, i.e Meta & Youtube Partnership Ads + TikTok Sparking, and asset handoff needs.
Contribute to internal systems and processes as HYPE10 continues scaling its influencer offering.
What You Bring Required
1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent coordination, social media, or a related field.
Experience communicating with creators, talent managers, or brand partners.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social platforms, creator trends, and short‑form content best practices.
A proactive, scrappy attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
Nice to Have
Experience at an agency, creator marketing platform, or high‑growth consumer brand.
Familiarity with paid social, whitelisting, and usage rights.
Experience reviewing UGC or short‑form creator content.
Existing knowledge of creator sourcing tools and platforms.
