About the Candidate: You’re Denver-based (open to remote) and willing to travel for onsite events (up to 30–40%). You have a deep understanding of AV production and live event logistics; General Sessions, Breakouts, and Tradeshow environments. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with a high level of organization and professionalism. Experience with virtual event platforms (Zoom, Teams, vMIx, Slido, etc.) and project management tools. You’re a strong communicator who can build trust with clients, vendors, and teammates. You are flexible, solutions-oriented, and comfortable wearing many hats onsite. Must be willing to travel up to 30–40% of the time. About the Position: Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid Preferred/open to Remote) Job Type: Full-Time (Salaried/Exempt) Reports to: VP of Production In this role, you'll take ownership of events, serving as the main point of contact for clients while leading pre-production, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up. You’ll be hands-on in the field and behind the scenes, supporting event logistics, managing AV needs, coordinating production schedules, and jumping into multiple roles as needed, from show caller to content manager and graphics operator. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to pivot between leading events and supporting larger productions with technical expertise and strategic thinking. This role also includes light account management, where you'll nurture client relationships, manage events to budget, and identify opportunities to expand services or improve the experience. Responsibilities Include: Lead the planning and execution of medium to large-scale corporate events. Manage client communications and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and manage all production documents, including timelines, run-of-show, content management, and production schedules. Coordinate logistics for equipment, crew, and transportation for onsite and hybrid events. Support larger productions by stepping into roles such as stage manager, graphics operator, virtual producer, etc. Operate and manage virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, vMix, Slido, etc.) as needed. Oversee AV needs, speaker support, and executive logistics on-site. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth, on-budget execution. Maintain strong client relationships; lead weekly planning calls and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Compensation:

The annual salary for this position starts at $70,000 DOE. Final offers are commensurate with prior experience, your specific skill set, and may vary from the amount above.
