The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading and managing the full life cycle of the Recruiting and Selection process including sourcing, interviewing and hiring high quality and diverse talent. The role collaborates with assigned Hometown Leaders and Managers to understand current and future hiring and workforce needs. It focuses on attracting talent, building relationships with coaches and team members, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. This role is part of the Human Resources team. Key activities include: Recruiting and Selection Administration: manage the full life cycle Recruiting and Selection process while promoting a positive candidate experience and meeting the assigned Hometown team workforce hiring needs. Researches and sources candidates through search techniques and develops internal and external search strategies per position assignment. Utilizes multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, referrals, and networking to identify and hire high quality candidates. Stays active with current job boards, social networks and platforms to find talent. Reviews and evaluates inbound applicant profiles and applications via Workday (HRIS). Administers current open position candidate pools and develops candidate pipelines for high velocity roles. Works with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, goals, and strategies; performs a variety of selection and hiring tasks. Screens resumes, interviews qualified candidates, and determines if their skill level meets the desired qualifications; performs phone screens and manages in-person interviews. Maintains appropriate notes/records in Workday; ensures reference checks and background screens are complete; administers pre-employment and onboarding processes (background checks, drug screens, employment verifications). Conducts candidate assessments as required; assesses knowledge, skills, abilities and experience; communicates progress to applicants and hires as they move through the process. Prepares and shares offer documents; explains company, role and culture; extends offers and coordinates hire dates and onboarding requirements. Coordinates interview processes with hiring managers and ensures consistent hiring practices and candidate experience. Manages the Team Member Referral Program; maintains candidate status updates with hiring coaches and Talent Acquisition team members. Drives hiring decisions by evaluating candidate fit and providing timely updates to stakeholders. Relationship Management

Builds effective relationships with Hometown Leaders, Managers and team members to drive hiring strategies and initiatives. Partners with leaders to execute hiring strategies and establish essential hiring requirements and timelines. Collaborates with HR Leaders and teams across Hometowns to align hiring and HR processes. Develops relationships with Hometown Leaders and Managers to understand departments, hiring needs and job specs. Continuously partners with Talent Acquisition and Leaders to design, refine and implement recruiting strategies. Engages with Hometown communities to promote the company as a “best place to work” and “Employer of Choice.” Maintains positive candidate experiences and serves as liaison with employment agencies, colleges and industry associations. Participates in recruitment events such as job fairs and college career days; maintains the company career website and external job postings. Hiring and Workforce Data Management and Reporting

Manages HR systems for sourcing, screening and candidate management; utilizes Workday ATS for these activities. Takes ownership of process improvements and troubleshoots processes; prepares management reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, year-end). Improves recruiting analytics and dashboards to track key hiring metrics; maintains Workday candidate records and hiring statistics; shares reports with Hometown Leadership. Maintains company career website and external job postings. Compliance

Remains current on federal, state and local employment laws and applies knowledge to daily work. Ensures compliant recruitment practices and processing of new applicant documents; adheres to EEOC guidelines; maintains confidentiality of recruitment and applicant information. This is a leveled role; levels determined by experience, skills and abilities in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition management. Must have:

Two to Three Years’ Experience Recruiting MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Word) Advanced Communication Skills Strong Organizational and Detail Oriented Skills Education

Nice to have:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or Other Related Field
