Hirewithatlas is an ambitious recruitment startup and talent partner to some of New York City’s hottest startups and tech unicorns. We operate at senior level, with an average deal size of $20,000+, and work directly with Founders/C-level decision makers.
We are on a mission to be THE talent partner for NYC startups and long term be a true trusted advisor + hold equity in the companies we work with.
You will be pivotal to our growth. This is not a “just sales” role – you will actively shape your own market, build long-term client and candidate relationships, and influence the direction of the company.
We work 100% remotely, but the Founder is based between USA/Europe.
Your Role As a Sales Consultant, your focus will be acquisition:
Closing candidates in new roles
Following up on leads
Taking interviews with candidates
Winning new clients after ramp-up
Pitching Hirewithatlas to decision makers
Negotiating fees and closing contracts
Building your own client & candidate portfolio
Becoming a trusted hiring partner to fast‑growing tech companies
You do NOT need recruitment experience for this role.
You need sales drive, confidence, and hunger for success.
What We Offer:
Monthly base salary – negotiable depending on your skillset
Monthly uncapped commission
Incentives
High‑value deals (average $20k+ per placement)
Full remote setup or contractor model
Career progression: build your own market, team, or business unit – Multiple Career levels
British work culture:
Team trips 1–2x per year (LATAM/USA/Europe)
One‑on‑one training with Founder
What you have:
Proven track record of exceeding quota month on month (any industry)
Strong closing mentality
Comfortable with cold outreach and follow‑ups

Strong communication and negotiation skills
