Role Overview: We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to help us identify new opportunities, support proposals, and drive outreach. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in sales, government contracting, and emerging tech ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to target clients and partners via email, calls, and LinkedIn

Manage pipeline and CRM updates; support deal progression

Assist with proposals and RFP responses

Conduct market and competitive research

Support outreach campaigns and industry event coordination

Collaborate with BD, marketing, and delivery teams on strategic pursuits

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

0–2 years of experience (internships/co‑ops welcome)

Strong communication, organization, and research skills

Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales tools

Interest in AI, tech services, and public/private sector sales
