Who We Are
Horizon3.ai is a fast‑growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to enabling organizations to proactively find, fix, and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals can exploit them. Our flagship product, the NodeZeroTM platform, delivers production‑safe autonomous pentests and other assessment operations that scale across internal, external, cloud, and hybrid environments. NodeZero is adopted by a wide range of organizations, from small educational institutions to government agencies and Global 100 enterprises, and is used by IT Ops/SecOps teams, consulting pentesters, MSSPs and MSPs. What You’ll Do
We are seeking a Senior/Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and evolution of our cybersecurity offerings for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs). In this highly strategic role you will define and deliver the capabilities that enable our partners to protect, monitor, and serve customers at scale. Key Responsibilities
MSP/MSSP Product Strategy: Define and execute product strategy, identify market opportunities, competitive differentiation, and partner monetization models that drive growth. Multi‑Tenant & Delegated Architecture: Own the evolution of multi‑tenant management capabilities, including role‑based access controls, hierarchical management, and delegated administration. Security Operations Enablement: Drive product capabilities that support SOC workflows, alert triage, case management, automation, reporting, and integration into existing MSP/MSSP tooling ecosystems (PSA, RMM, SIEM, ticketing systems). Compliance & Reporting: Define features that enable partners to meet regulatory and industry compliance requirements, deliver scalable reporting, audit trails, and policy enforcement. Commercial & Packaging Strategy: Partner with Sales and Finance to shape packaging, pricing models, and service enablement strategies that support MSP resale, bundled offerings, and recurring revenue growth. Roadmap Ownership & Prioritization: Develop and maintain a transparent, outcome‑driven roadmap that balances partner requests, technical investments, market differentiation, and revenue impact. Voice of the Partner: Engage directly with key MSP/MSSP customers, participate in QBRs and advisory boards, and incorporate structured feedback into product planning. Cross‑Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful feature launches, enablement, documentation, and adoption at scale. Performance & Metrics: Define and monitor KPIs including partner activation, feature adoption, operational efficiency gains, revenue contribution, churn reduction, and NPS within the MSP/MSSP segment. What You’ll Bring
7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years building products for MSPs, MSSPs, or B2B cybersecurity platforms. Deep understanding of cybersecurity domains such as endpoint security, threat detection & response, vulnerability management, identity security, or SIEM/SOC operations. Strong knowledge of MSP/MSSP operating models, including multi‑tenant environments, service delivery workflows, and recurring revenue models. Experience building scalable SaaS solutions with multi‑tenant architecture and role‑based access control. Proven ability to define packaging and monetization strategies for channel or service‑provider‑led distribution. Demonstrated success influencing cross‑functional stakeholders at senior and executive levels. Data‑driven decision‑making skills with experience using product analytics and operational metrics to guide prioritization. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex security and technical concepts into business value. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross‑team initiatives. Comfort operating at both strategic (vision, positioning, revenue impact) and tactical (feature definition, requirements, trade‑offs) levels. Preferred Education
