We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Developer
for a Hybrid assignment.
Candidates who can work remotely in Texas will be required to be on-site as needed. Must already reside in the state of Texas; preferably in the Austin metro area.
Will be supporting a major state agency modernization effort involving Legislative Bill Tracking, Fiscal Note Generation, internal legislative/subpoena/contract workflows, and AI‑assisted analysis platforms. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise Salesforce solutions in a secure Government Cloud environment while supporting mission‑critical business operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience building Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio components (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures), and enterprise integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and DocuSign. This role also requires experience with Salesforce Agentforce (Einstein), including prompt orchestration, AI guardrails, auditability, and secure generative AI capabilities supporting legislative and fiscal analysis.
The developer will work within Agile Scrum teams, participate in all phases of the SDLC, provide technical input for story refinement and sprint planning, perform unit and integration testing, support UAT, and contribute to secure deployment processes using Copado DevOps pipelines. Additional responsibilities include supporting Salesforce Data Cloud initiatives, coordinating integrations with external systems such as SharePoint, REVS, TLO/Telicon, analyzing application performance, and mentoring development staff.
Requirements:
6+ years of application development experience in Agile/Scrum environments
6+ years of Salesforce development across multiple full lifecycle implementations
6+ years of OmniStudio experience
6+ years of API and integration development (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, DocuSign)
4+ years supporting large enterprise or multi‑org Salesforce environments
3+ years with Copado DevOps pipelines
3+ years with Salesforce Data Cloud
2+ years enabling Agentforce / Einstein AI features
Salesforce Platform Developer certification required
Preferred:
LWC UI/UX design including 508 accessibility compliance
Enterprise architecture and design patterns
Jira / Confluence
Information security compliance
Public sector experience
ServiceNow / ITSM platforms
Telicon / TLO coordination
