Senior Enterprise Sports Marketing Manager

Opportunity Adobe is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sports Marketing Manager to lead strategic activation across our premier global sports partnerships. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Sports Marketing & Innovation and in close collaboration with the Sports Partnerships team, this role will drive end-to-end strategy and execution for select league and club partnerships, translating sponsorship assets into enterprise technology storytelling and revenue impact. Solutions will be focused on how Adobe technology is powering innovative use cases and helping sports organizations use AI to pioneer the next generation of digital fan experiences. You will have experience with Adobe's enterprise solutions and integrated sports marketing campaigns (web, social, experiential events, digital, brand, etc.) connecting these league cultural moments to the broader enterprise campaign initiatives and goals.

Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day enterprise lead for assigned sports partnerships

Translate sponsorship rights into enterprise pipeline-driving programs

Build annual activation plans aligned to enterprise campaign priorities

Lead the creation of new enterprise sports content including partner videos, case studies, storyboards and thought leadership

Develop multi‑channel campaigns (digital, experiential, content, executive engagement, social, field enablement)

Connect tentpole sports moments to enterprise narrative and AI innovation

Drive development of custom technology use cases with leagues and clubs

Lead program management across solution consulting, product, and partner teams

Develop AI‑forward storytelling that demonstrates real‑world impact

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. MBA preferred, or equivalent.

10+ years of experience in enterprise marketing

Track record with integrated marketing campaigns

Experience working with large sports organizations

Experience implementing Adobe technology, preferably with major sports leagues or large media/retail enterprise organizations (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Commerce, Adobe Marketo, Adobe Target)

Experience in managing cross‑functional teams, with the ability to lead and influence without direct authority

Track record of thought leadership in digital experience, personalization, and/or sports marketing innovation

Strong storytelling and executive‑facing communication skills

Location:

New York Hybrid required

Travel:

20 percent travel expected

Compensation The U.S. pay range for this position is $112,000 – $215,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. In New York, the pay range for this position is $148,500 – $215,100. For sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short‑term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non‑sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short‑term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long‑term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
