Role Description We are seeking ambitious individuals to serve as Remote Life Insurance Professionals. In this capacity, you will connect with clients virtually, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate life insurance and financial protection solutions. This role allows you to operate independently while leveraging company training and support resources.
What This Role Provides
Earnings directly tied to your production with no income cap
Access to marketing-generated prospects that meet compliance standards
Work-from-home flexibility with control over your schedule
Training resources, mentorship, and professional development support
The option to develop and lead your own sales team over time
Eligibility for performance incentives, including bonuses and travel awards
Candidate Requirements
Must reside in the United States
At least 18 years old and able to complete a background check
Active Life Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain (we will guide you)
Self-driven with strong personal accountability
Receptive to feedback and committed to growth
Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not necessary
