Sales and Operations Intern/Junior Analyst
de Anda Capital, New York, NY, United States
Location : New York City (Hybrid - In-person and Remote)
Reporting to : Tatiana Domanski
We're hiring a Sales and Operations Intern/Junior Analyst to support a growing cost reduction consultancy based in New York City.
The business helps manufacturing companies identify and reduce expenses across key operational categories — telecom, shipping, utilities, payment processing, and more. This role sits at the intersection of sales and operations, supporting both the outbound pipeline and the infrastructure that keeps it running.
This is a hybrid role with real in-person exposure. Tatiana attends industry events and networking functions regularly, and this person comes along — building relationships, meeting clients, and representing the business in rooms that matter.
This is not a watch-and-learn internship.
You'll be doing real work from week one.
You might be a fit if: Education:
Currently enrolled in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, economics, operations)
Skills:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplace
Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
Experience:
Previous internships or work experience in sales, marketing, or operations will be beneficial but not required
What you’ll be doing:
Set up and maintain CRM systems
Support email marketing and outreach campaigns
Manage leads — tracking, follow‑up, and data entry
Lead Generation & Data Management
Scrape and enrich lead data from online sources
Research potential clients and industries for cost reduction opportunities
Categorize and manage leads within the sales pipeline
Client Communication & Referrals
Serve as a point of contact for inbound inquiries and scheduling
Coordinate with referral sources and manage relationships
Send introductory and follow‑up emails to potential clients
Cost Reduction Research
Research and prepare reports on cost reduction opportunities across telecom, shipping, payment processing, and utilities
Support client‑facing analysis and presentation materials
Networking & In‑Person Engagement
Attend industry events and conferences alongside Tatiana
Support client acquisition and relationship‑building in person
Administrative & Operational Support
Assist with scheduling, documentation, and internal communication
Help prepare presentation decks for client meetings
Track sales metrics and pipeline health
What you actually get out of this: This role offers something most internships don’t — genuine proximity to how a business is built. You’ll get hands‑on experience in B2B sales and operations, direct mentorship from Tatiana, and consistent exposure to industry professionals through in‑person events and networking. You’ll leave with real skills in CRM management, lead generation, client communication, and cost analysis — and a professional network you actually built yourself, not one handed to you.
Compensation: This role is commission‑based, based on the size of the deals generated and closed or savings achieved by the client.
How to apply: Click Apply, answer the qualifying questions, and submit your resume. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly. No cover letter needed.
