Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare materials pricing
Contribute to value engineering studies
Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and Engineer
What they're looking for
10+ years of Estimating experience with a General Contractor
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
Proficiency with estimating software and take-off software (On-Screen Takeoff)
Strong understanding of construction drawings and scopes
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Clear communicator who works well in a team based environment
