Job Summary Ready to ensure solar projects keep delivering impact for years to come? As Senior Asset Manager at Resonant Energy, you'll own the performance and long-term viability of our clients’ solar portfolios; monitoring systems, solving technical problems, and building the scalable program infrastructure that delivers on our mission.

What You'll Do You'll serve as the manager for everything that happens after a solar project goes live. That means monitoring production across our clients’ portfolios, troubleshooting performance issues remotely and in the field, and coordinating repairs with technicians and installation partners. You'll manage client relationships through the full service lifecycle—from onboarding to resolving technical escalations—while ensuring incentive billing and credit allocation stay accurate and compliant. Beyond day-to-day operations, you'll lead process improvement initiatives including migrating our systems from Google Sheets to Salesforce, develop program-level KPIs and profitability analysis, and supervise and develop direct report(s).

What Makes This Role Exciting This isn't just asset management, it's stewardship of clean energy infrastructure that is actively reducing energy costs and building wealth in under-invested communities. You'll have real ownership over a growing program, with the opportunity to shape its systems, economics, and team from the inside. Every efficiency you create and every system you stabilize translates directly into expanded community impact.
