Role Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end partner workstreams across payments ecosystem partners
Develop and execute partnership strategies, including opportunity identification and prioritization
Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements and partnership terms
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate strategy into execution plans
Drive cross-functional initiatives across Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing
Build frameworks for partner selection, performance management, and execution
Manage stakeholder communication, including executive reporting and escalation
Use AI tools to enhance analysis, workflow efficiency, and decision-making
Requirements
Strong experience in payments, partnerships, or related strategic roles
Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders
Strong experience structuring and negotiating commercial agreements
Strong understanding of financial models, pricing, and contract terms
Strong communication skills across executive and operational audiences
Strong experience working with global partners and senior stakeholders
Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive alignment
Strong operational rigor with metrics, reporting, and performance tracking
Strong experience using AI tools for productivity and analysis
