Director of Development
We’re seeking an experienced Director of Development to lead fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and high-profile events for a growing nonprofit with global reach. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a major initiative while building out a future development team.
What You’ll Do
Design and drive fundraising strategies to secure major gifts (multi-million-dollar level)
Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, foundations, and partners
Lead signature donor events and engagement experiences
Manage donor database, reporting, and stewardship communications
Develop recognition strategies, including naming opportunities and personalized acknowledgments
What We’re Looking For
5–7 years of experience in fundraising, development, or external relations
Proven track record with major gifts and high-level donor events
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong leadership potential with the ability to grow into team management
Willingness to travel as needed
