Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and talented Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work with the Director of Sales to support various sales efforts for the brand, delivering best‑in‑class brand execution for internal/external‑facing needs. Key skills required are a flexible and adaptable mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. The role requires close cross‑functional partnerships and a strong self‑starter approach to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

As a member of the Sales team, you will collaborate with all departments and report directly to the Director of Sales (North America, Australia & New Zealand and Southeast Asia).

HYBRID: This role is classified as exempt from the Fair Labor Standard Act’s overtime requirement and is open to candidates based in Los Angeles. While the position is primarily remote, it follows a hybrid schedule requiring occasional in‑person work at Culver City, CA 90230. The role requires working in PST hours, so candidates located on the West Coast are preferred. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from significant distractions are essential for remote work.

What You’ll Do Essential Job Functions

Collaborate with the Director and Executive Director/Sales team to foster strong retailer partnerships and develop a deep understanding of the commercial goals for each account.

Maintain and update sales tools, including launch activation calendars, account‑facing planning materials, ROI trackers, and at‑a‑glance tools to ensure all teams have visibility and knowledge of marketing activations and account‑specific activity for each season.

Facilitate New Product Set Up and SKU Management processes for Sephora NA and SEA. Oversee and maintain master SKU database and communicate SKU change information to retailers.

Help collate with Go‑to‑Market branded support and preparation for seasonal presentations to all global accounts.

Routine audit of retailer.com product pages and optimize branded assets, copy and SEO to maximize sales and KPIs.

Partner with the Social team in executing social strategies to increase retailer share of voice within ONE/SIZE branded channels. Highlight opportunities for engagement and amplification.

Program and ensure timely execution of all sampling, comp, and gratis efforts with tailored programs/execution by account.

Non‑Essential Job Functions

Assist with special projects or initiatives needed to support departmental goals.

Provide backup coverage for team members during absences or peak workload periods.

Perform additional administrative tasks or clerical duties as assigned.

Support cross‑departmental efforts or collaborative initiatives when required.

2‑3 years in retail buying/merchandising/planning or similar field

BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Highly organized with strong analytical skills.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)

‘Hands on’ entrepreneurial self‑starter. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment and flex as needed.

Strong project manager and keen ability to keep projects on track and juggle multiple priorities.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Solid problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking ability.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.

Must be able to focus on detailed work for extended periods, which may lead to eye strain or fatigue.

Must be able to perform tasks that require fine motor skills, including typing and using a mouse.

Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, often time‑sensitive environment.
