United States (Hybrid with nationwide travel required)

Compensation:

$100,000–$160,000 + commission and performance-based incentives

Founded in 2008 with manufacturing in Asia and wholesale centers across major U.S. cities: Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami, Houston, Chicago, and New York. Supports salons, stylists, wholesalers, and retailers with fast delivery, flexible quantities, and factory-direct pricing.

Role Overview Experienced U.S. B2B Regional Lead to direct market operations across 6 U.S. stores, drive B2B growth, strengthen partnerships, and expand brand presence in the beauty and hair industry. High performance creates a pathway to establishing and managing new B2C retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee operations of 6 U.S. stores ensuring consistent standards and performance

Lead daily operations, sales performance, and customer experience

Develop partnerships with salons, beauty supply stores, chain retailers, and stylist networks

Maintain and expand long-term key account relationships

Analyze sales trends, set KPIs, and implement revenue-driving initiatives

Recruit, train, and lead studio teams

Execute local marketing and co-branding partnerships

Report U.S. performance and competitive insights to global leadership

Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

5+ years of U.S. sales or key account management experience

Proven B2B experience in hair, beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industries

Fluent English communication

Ability to travel extensively across the United States
