Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Consultant located in Tomball, TX, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for conducting consultations with clients to understand their preferences, presenting tailored window treatment solutions, and guiding customers through the sales process. They will focus on achieving customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. The role requires the ability to build strong relationships, meet sales goals, and provide expert advice on available products and customization options.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Consulting, including identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and the ability to deliver positive outcomes
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Consulting expertise to guide clients effectively through decision-making processes
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Basic knowledge or interest in interior design and window treatments is a plus
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or design are highly desired
