Job Description (Fintech‑Adapted) The Digital UX team is seeking a UX Program Manager to elevate Design Operations across high‑visibility financial products. This role enhances design throughput, consistency, quality, and organizational transparency.
Reporting to the Manager of Program Management, you will build and implement planning, tracking, and reporting mechanisms that scale across product teams.
You’ll partner closely with Design, Research, Product, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance to develop standardized processes that ensure secure, compliant, user‑centered digital banking experiences. The position requires strong ownership, operational excellence, and comfort establishing structure in environments where strategy is still being defined.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled at simplifying and scaling systems, managing cross‑functional dependencies, and driving alignment. You bring deep experience in UX, product development, and enterprise operations—especially in complex or regulated settings.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
6+ years as a Producer or UX Program Manager driving large UX initiatives through the full product lifecycle
Experience with design and project tools such as Figma, Sketch, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Aha!
Strong background in resource planning, program delivery, tracking, communication, and risk management
Preferred Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
Deep understanding of human‑centered design
Experience supporting UX programs in fintech, banking, or enterprise environments
Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects, dependencies, and bottlenecks
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams
