About the Job You’re Considering As AI reshapes how organizations operate, compete, and create value, we are evolving our consulting model to be AI‑enabled by design — augmenting human judgment with analytics, automation and generative AI. Our Enterprise Transformation team is looking for consultants who are not only strong problem solvers, but who are excited to work differently in an AI‑first world: curious, adaptable and ready to help clients reimagine how work gets done.
You’ll help clients redesign and optimise Global Business Services/Global Capabilities Centers and Shared Service Center models — clarifying what gets centralised, how services are managed and how performance improves over time. This work blends operating model strategy with measurable operational outcomes.
As AI reshapes how organisations operate and make decisions, this role operates in an AI‑enabled consulting model where AI is embedded into transformation design, governance, delivery cadence and value realisation—not treated as a standalone initiative.
Your Role As a Management Consultant, you will lead Global Business Services (GBS) strategy and transformation initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders to design future‑state operating models, drive measurable performance improvement and scale shared services capabilities across the enterprise.
Lead GBS strategy and transformation programmes across functions, aligning business objectives with execution roadmaps
Design future‑state operating models and service governance frameworks to enable scalable, high‑performing shared services
Drive performance improvement, value realisation and adoption through disciplined delivery and change leadership
Lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate implementation partners to deliver complex, multi‑work‑stream initiatives
Shape proposals, support business development efforts and mentor teams to elevate delivery capability and practice growth
Your Skills Experience You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI‑enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI‑augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data and design to enable AI‑driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.
Required Experience
8–10 years transformation leadership with client‑facing ownership
Deep familiarity with shared services/GBS operating models and governance
Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation
Commercial mindset with shaping and growth experience
Ability to operate in complex, global environments
