About the Role The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Strategy & Advisory Specialist is responsible for delivering analytical, strategic, and operational support across the full Corporate Real Estate (CRE) lifecycle. This role supports key client stakeholders by providing insights, building business cases, supporting negotiations, and ensuring delivery assurance for complex CRE decisions across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic advisory across the full CRE lifecycle including strategy development, demand forecasting, transactions, leasing, negotiations, make‑good planning, project controls, delivery oversight, and change management.
Ensure recommendations are practical, complaint, actionable, and aligned to business needs.
Support decision making by integrating analytics, operational input, and risk considerations.
Analyze lease events, market benchmarks, rental trends, incentive norms, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor supply-demand dynamics to identify risks, opportunities, and decision windows.
Deliver insights that help optimize portfolio performance and mitigate exposure.
Support client Transactions Team’s financial modeling and business cases to support CRE decisions including total cost of ownership (TCO), net present value (NPV), sensitivity analyses, and risk/benefit assessments.
Provide structured analysis and recommendations to support executive-level decision-making.
Collaborate with finance, operations, strategy, project design & delivery to validate assumptions and scenarios.
Support stakeholder engagement and negotiations to ensure optimal commercial and operational outcomes.
Review feasibility studies, cost plans, schedules, risk logs, and dependencies for CRE projects.
Evaluate delivery models and ensure execution is aligned with strategic portfolio and business objectives.
Provide governance oversight to ensure decisions are grounded in achievable delivery pathways.
Professional Experience
8+ years of relevant experience in the field.
Experience in CRE strategy, leasing, portfolio management, or financial modeling.
Strong analytical skills including proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.
Understanding of real estate markets, regulatory requirements, and transaction processes.
Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and support high-impact decision making.
Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
